In this case, you need to reset your Hisense Smart TV. Resetting your Hisense TV removes all the data, including customized apps and settings, restoring the device to its original state. The procedure for resetting will differ slightly depending on your Hisense TV model. You can easily reset the Hisense Smart TV by navigating to System Settings or Device Settings.
Steps to Factory Reset Hisense Smart TV
Skip to the Hisense TV model you own and follow the steps given under it to reset the device to factory settings.
Hisense Android TV
1. After powering up your Hisense Android TV, click the Settings icon at the top-right of the home page.
2. Scroll down to the last on the Settings menu and tap Device Preferences.

3. In the Device Preferences section, scroll down till you reach the Reset option.

4. Select the Reset option once again and tap Erase Everything.
Now, your Hisense Android TV will reset to its factory settings by erasing all the data on your TV. After the reset, set up the TV from the beginning to use it.
Hisense Google TV
1. From the home screen of Hisense Google TV, look for the Settings icon at the top.
2. A menu will be shown on the right side of the screen. Click the All Settings icon and select System.
3. Tap About and click on the Reset option.

4. Select Factory Reset and click on the Factory Reset option once again.
5. After reading the warning message, tap Erase Everything.
Now, your TV will begin to erase all the data and will restart once the reset is completed. You need to go through the setup process once again to use your TV.
Hisense Roku TV
Using the Reset button on your Hisense Roku TV, you can easily perform a factory reset with a single click. However, if you have mounted your TV on the wall, accessing the Reset button may be quite difficult. In this case, you can easily reset your Hisense Roku TV via the Settings menu.
1. Hit Settings on the home screen of Hisense Roku TV.
2. Scroll down and select System.
3. In the System menu, move to the last and select Advanced System Settings.
4. Select Factory Reset, and two options will appear on the screen. If you want to reset only the TV’s audio and picture settings, tap Reset TV audio/picture settings. If you want to wipe all the data on your TV, tap Factory Reset Everything.

5. At the right side of the screen, a confirmation code to reset will appear at the bottom. Enter the code on the required field using your remote and tap OK.
6. Once you enter the confirmation code, your Hisense TV will reset to its factory settings within minutes.
Once your TV restarts, complete the setup process to use your Hisense Roku TV.
Hisense Fire TV
1. Bring up the home screen of your Hisense Fire TV by pressing the Home button.
2. Move your selection towards the right and select the Settings icon at the last.
3. Below the Settings icon, click on the Device & Software tile.
4. Scroll down to the last and select Reset to Factory Defaults.

5. Tap Reset, and your Hisense Fire TV will start the reset process. It will take a minute or two to complete it.
Once the reset is over, your Hisense Fire TV will restart automatically. To use your TV, make sure to complete the setup process.
Hisense VIDAA TV
1. On your Hisense VIDAA TV home screen, select the Settings icon at the top left of the screen.
2. From the menu shown on the screen, scroll down to the bottom and select Support.
3. Again, scroll down to the last and tap Reset to Factory Default.

4. Now, you need to enter the System PIN if you have set it up already.
5. Next, on the pop-up menu, you can checkmark Save the existing Channels and my favorite channels on this TV option. If you want to erase everything, just tap the Restore button.
6. Then, enter the Reset PIN that appears on your screen.

The screen goes black for a few seconds and restarts automatically once the reset is completed. You can now use your Hisense VIDAA TV after completing the setup process.
Hisense Xumo/XClass TV
1. With your Hisense Xumo TV on its home screen, hit the Settings button on your Hisense TV remote.
2. Once the settings menu pops up on the screen, scroll down and select Device Settings.
3. Then, go to the bottom of the list and tap Factory Reset.

4. The Hisense Xumo TV will ask for confirmation once again to reset your TV. Tap Yes, Restore, and your TV will begin to restore. Finally, proceed to complete the setup process to access your Hisense Xumo TV.
Can I Reset Hisense TV Without a Remote?
Yes. If you use a Hisense Roku TV, you can use the Reset button on the back of the TV to erase all the data and bring it back to its original settings. If you are using other Hisense TV models, you can use your TV’s official remote app to reset it.
